Morning Run - 07/14 - 16

You will find the official SEAT running coach; Jesper Nyholm outside the lobby at the Grand America Hotel (just across the street from Little America) and we jog to Liberty park, where we pick up the pace and see how fast we can complete the 1.4 mile loop around the park. We meet up. Catch our breath and jog back to the hotels to shower up, have breakfast and get ready for an exciting day. All in all it’s a 4.2 mile run. Everybody can participate – no matter how fast or slow a runner you are. Bring your fast shoes and get the best possible start on the day!
